7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 5 days/week, with one weekend per month and on-call duties.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab will be responsible for delivering nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice, adhering to hospital policies, procedures, nursing process guidelines, and standards of care. This position involves working with patients in the cardiac care environment to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cath Lab.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines as required.
• Document patient information accurately in line with facility standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Float to other units as necessary.

Required Experience

• Strong cardiac experience and proficiency.
• Cath lab experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Active state nursing license in Michigan.
