What You’ll Do Provide Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and support daily office operations. Support Recruitment: Assist with community and networking events, outreach, and fundraising efforts. Coordinate Travel: Support trip planning, communication, and logistics. Manage Data & Reporting: Maintain tracking systems, compile reports, and support data accuracy across departments. Support Organizational Projects: Assist leadership teams with presentations, communications, event planning, and operational initiatives. Help Keep Teams Connected: Coordinate information, resources, and logistics that help programs run efficiently and effectively.
