Entertainment Specialist

About Us

For over 30 years, LasVegasTickets.com has been an entertainment industry leader. We are looking for two driven, tech-savvy professionals to drive ticket sales, manage dynamic inventory, and deliver VIP customer service in a fast-paced market.

What You'll Do

Sales & Inventory: Execute ticket buy-ins/sell-outs, participate in high-stakes on-sale events, build pricing/seating charts, and process web and affiliate orders.
Customer Service: Close sales and verify internet orders via phone/email, resolve fraud and access issues, and provide white-glove VIP service (including local ticket/payment deliveries).
Operations & Administration: Manage Accounts Receivable and daily CPA invoicing.
Proactively use downtime to assist management in building Excel dashboards, organizing data, and streamlining processes.

Schedule Options: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM (Weekends required)

What You Need

Experience: Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply! While prior experience in sales, customer service, or fast-paced data entry is great, a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly matter most.
Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait for instructions. You actively find ways to add value, organize data, and drive the business during slower periods.
Tech-Savviness: Highly computer literate. While prior Microsoft Excel experience is a plus, a strong willingness to learn Excel to help organize data and streamline processes is required.
Ticketing Software: Experience with portals like SkyBox, Automatiq, Ticket Evolution, SeatGeek, or StubHub is a massive plus, but absolutely not required. We are fully prepared to train the right tech-savvy candidate on the job.
Requirements: Clean driving record, on-time reliability, and a great attitude.
