We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits: Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first Detail‑oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow‑ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
