Job Summary This position is responsible for leading U.S. Demand Planning activities for the Shiseido brand, including Finished Goods and POSM. As a key contributor within the U.S. S&OP function, you will drive continuous improvement of demand planning processes across all U.S. domestic business units and demand planning groups, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets while supporting key supply‑chain performance metrics. What You Will Do Prepare and review monthly saleable forecasts with related analysis; reconcile forecasted units to Gross Sales financial forecasts. Work cross‑functionally to incorporate qualitative information from Sales and Marketing into unit forecasts and follow up on out of stocks with supply planning. Report monthly forecast accuracy results, identify root causes for inaccuracies, and adjust future forecasts accordingly. Conduct regular business and performance reviews related to demand and supply of low‑stock SKUs with internal stakeholders. Lead the Excess & Obsolete (E&O) process to minimize inventory liabilities, drive root‑cause analysis, and support action planning and execution. Assist the Demand Planning Lead in preparing for Monthly Consensus and Executive S&OP meetings with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Sales Ops. Prepare and lead monthly U.S. Demand Consensus meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Finance. Prepare forecasts for new launches, working closely with Marketing and Sales. Help with other analyses and projects as needed. Who You Are Have a 4‑year academic degree in a relevant field or related work experience. Have a minimum of 4–5 years of demand planning experience in a supply‑chain role. Competent user of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other forecasting software packages. Strong data management and analytic skills. Prefer APICS exposure and CPIM certification. Understand end‑to‑end Supply Chain functions and linkages. Positive attitude and commitment to projects.
