Business Intelligence Solutions Developer – Health Plan As a key member of our Data and Analytics team at St Luke’s, you will be integral in developing innovative analytical solutions for business‑critical data supporting our Health Plan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be a curious self‑starter, possess analytical and problem‑solving skills, a background in health insurance, and a passion for delivering technical solutions that enable time‑sensitive, critical decisions. Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools with Epic Cogito, Microsoft Power BI or Tableau, and Databricks technologies. Required Criteria Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience. Responsibilities Analyze business intelligence needs and requirements; design and customize analytical dashboards and reports. Collaborate with key business stakeholders in the Health Plan to understand and prioritize requirements. Collaborate with the Tapestry applications team, the Actuary and Analytics Team, and the Data and Analytics team to design, configure, and develop custom and standard analytical solutions from a variety of sources. Participate in testing methodologies, ensuring functionality and integrity of reporting solutions; troubleshoot and resolve errors and complex technical problems. Identify and implement EPIC Tapestry Cogito and other data and analytics technologies to streamline Health Plan solutions. Partner with teams across departments to provide exceptional support, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for the St Luke’s Health Plan. Develop and possess related Health Insurance and technical knowledge. Experience / Qualifications Health insurance experience. Epic Tapestry experience. SQL proficiency: 3+ years of writing SQL queries. Experience with Epic Cogito, Power BI, or Tableau. Familiarity with relational databases; knowledge of Databricks or similar platforms is a plus.
