Call Center Sales Representative Carrollton, TX
All My Sons Moving & Storage is looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals to join our growing call center team. Built on family values and over 30 years of success, we've remained strong through recessions and the pandemicand today, we're proud to be the nation's largest independently owned (non-franchised) moving company.

What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers planning a move
- Build rapport quickly and guide customers through the booking process
- Close sales with confidence using a consultative approach
- Navigate systems efficiently while staying engaged on the phone
- Bring energy, urgency, and a results-driven mindset to every call
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a competitive edge

- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up every day

Schedule (Afternoon/Evening Shifts Only)
- 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
Compensation
- $15$17/hour base pay + commission
- Average earnings: $20$25/hour with commission
- Top performers earn even more
