About the Role

We are a new and growing blue collar staffing company looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. No prior staffing experience is required — we will train the right person from the ground up!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door, learn the staffing industry, and grow with a company from the very beginning. You will be the first point of contact for job seekers and clients, helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Don't worry if you haven't done all of these before — we'll walk you through everything:

• Answer phone calls and assist job seekers and clients with their questions

• Help applicants fill out job applications and get started with the hiring process

• Assist with verifying employment documents (I-9s) — training provided

• Take and track customer staffing orders and pass information to the right people

• Help with basic data entry and keeping records organized

• Assist with payroll tasks as you get comfortable in the role

• Help address day-to-day questions or concerns from workers and clients

• Support the owner with various tasks as the company continues to grow

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Dependable and punctual — especially for early morning hours

• Good communication skills — friendly on the phone and in person

• Basic computer skills (typing, email, simple data entry)

• Able to stay organized and handle more than one task at a time

• A team player who isn't afraid to jump in and help where needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

• Any customer service, office, or people-facing experience is a plus — but not required

Schedule & Requirements

• Must be available early mornings — shifts may begin as early as 4:00–5:00 AM. Might be some evening.

• Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability

• Reliable transportation required

• Must pass a background check
