CRM Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a contract CRM Marketing Specialist to support the execution and ongoing management of CRM and marketing automation initiatives that drive engagement and enhance the customer experience. This role supports data-driven campaigns across email, SMS, Voice AI, and other engagement channels, while providing day-to-day platform support, reporting, testing, and optimization. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM and automation efforts are effectively executed, monitored, and aligned with broader marketing and business goals.

This is a temporary, contract-based engagement designed to provide additional capacity and maintain continuity across key initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

CRM & Marketing Automation

• Support CRM and marketing automation strategies across the customer lifecycle to improve engagement and the overall customer experience.
• Leverage audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle insights to support targeted communications and re-engagement efforts.
• Identify gaps and opportunities across the customer journey to support the ongoing development and optimization of CRM and marketing automation efforts.

Campaign Management

• Support the development and execution of email and multichannel campaigns, including setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment.
• Assist with audience segmentation, personalization, and targeting based on campaign needs.
• Monitor active campaigns and automated communications to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

Voice AI & Emerging Technology

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of Voice AI and other emerging marketing automation technologies.
• Test and monitor active Voice AI initiatives, using performance data, call activity, and call records to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing improvements.
• Support recurring reporting, meetings, issue management, and expansion across brands, audiences, and use cases.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Track and analyze campaign and automation performance across key metrics, including engagement, conversions, unsubscribes, and delivery performance, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain required reporting and provide actionable insights to inform campaign optimization, audience segmentation, communication cadence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor email deliverability and send performance, identifying and escalating potential risks or significant changes in performance.

Platform Support & Issue Resolution

• Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and data issues within the marketing automation platform; manage support tickets and coordinate with internal teams and technology partners to support timely resolution.
• Test fixes and support platform enhancements, integrations, and process changes to ensure functionality works as intended.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, Data, and external technology partners to support CRM and automation initiatives.
• Help translate business needs into campaigns and coordinate execution with the appropriate teams.
• Support recurring meetings, reporting, project follow-up, and issue tracking to keep work moving and stakeholders informed.
• Maintain campaign, workflow, and process documentation to support consistency, continuity, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, including email and multichannel campaign execution, testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and quickly learn new technologies and processes.
• Experience with Voice AI or emerging AI marketing technologies is a plus.
