IT Solutions Implementation Engineer

Our client, a leading provider of cloud and server-based IT solutions, is seeking a dedicated IT Solutions Implementation Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer, you will be part of the ProIT department supporting a diverse range of organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Solutions Implementation Engineer

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin), Chico or Sacramento/Roseville CA, or East Coast (Raleigh NC, Hartford CT)).

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

• Install enterprise-grade software on servers and network devices to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Configure cloud services and integrate them into customer networks seamlessly.

• Collaborate with clients' IT teams to prepare and optimize their network infrastructure for new solutions.

• Integrate solutions with identity providers such as Azure, Google, AD, and Okta for secure access management.

• Document implemented solutions thoroughly and provide ongoing troubleshooting and support for existing systems.

What's Needed?

• At least 5 years of experience in an IT support or engineering role.

• Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or Net+.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols including DNS, SNMP, SMTP, TCP/IP, UDP, SSL, SMB, LDAP.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Server and PC operating systems.

• Experience with remote tools like Zoom, Teams, LogMeIn, VPN, and IT ticketing systems such as ConnectWise, ZenDesk, or SpiceWork.
