Research Assistant
ALOIS Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Scientist/Research Associate to perform immunological assays, cell culture, and laboratory testing in a CLIA-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will support assay execution, sample processing, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and quality compliance while following GCLP and OSHA standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of laboratory experience in a CLIA or regulated laboratory . Hands‑on experience with immunological assays , ELISA , cell culture , and LIMS (LabVantage preferred). Experience with sample management, assay validation, instrument calibration, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of GCLP, CLIA, OSHA, and BSL-2/BSL-3 laboratory practices. Nice-to-Have Experience with neutralizing antibody (nAb) and total antibody assays. Experience calculating IC50/EC50 values and analyzing assay data. Experience with high‑throughput pipetting, reagent preparation, and inventory management. Experience working with clinical and non‑clinical samples. #J-18808-Ljbffr ALOIS Solutions
