About the Role We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, one-on-one treatment, and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide hands‑on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes Maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate patient experience Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active (or eligible) state Physical Therapy license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient‑centered care Preferred (Not Required) Outpatient orthopedic experience Manual therapy skills or interest in continued clinical development Dry needling, sports rehab, or specialty training What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Productivity bonuses or incentive structure (if applicable) Continuing education support Paid time off and holidays Supportive, team‑oriented work environment Why Join Us?
