Enterprise Senior Financial Analyst (Full-Time/Day) Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States Aug 7, 2026 The Enterprise Sr Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, planning, and strategic decision support across the organization. This role leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial strategy with institutional priorities. The position applies complex financial modeling and analytical expertise to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends that impact enterprise outcomes. The Enterprise Sr Financial Analyst also supports the optimization of financial processes and systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial data. Job Description Summary The Enterprise Sr Financial Analyst provides advanced financial analysis, planning, and strategic decision support across the organization. This role leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial strategy with institutional priorities. The position applies complex financial modeling and analytical expertise to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends that impact enterprise outcomes. The Enterprise Sr Financial Analyst also supports the optimization of financial processes and systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial data. Job Duties Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities; perform ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions and strategic initiatives. Serve as a key finance partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning enterprise financial objectives with operational and strategic priorities. Perform complex, enterprise-level financial and performance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support financial sustainability and growth. Drive continuous improvement of enterprise financial processes by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and optimization of financial systems and analytical tools. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of enterprise financial data, managing sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 5 years progressive experience in financial analysis, with a proven track record of handling increased responsibility. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
