Capital College Of The Arts, Management And Technology – Orchard The School Principal will provide strategic, academic, operational, and regulatory leadership for the College. The successful candidate will oversee institutional growth, academic quality assurance, EduTrust compliance, student development, faculty leadership, and external partnerships. This role requires a highly experienced educational leader with strong understanding of Singapore’s Private Education Institution (PEI) environment, EduTrust governance, and academic management systems. The Principal will work closely with the Board of Directors, Academic Board, Examination Board, university partners, faculty leaders, and corporate stakeholders to strengthen the College’s position as an innovative institution integrating arts, management, and technology education. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Lead the overall strategic direction and institutional development of the College Drive academic excellence, innovation, and sustainable institutional growth Strengthen the College’s reputation locally and internationally Develop partnerships with universities, industries, government agencies, and international collaborators Support the expansion of interdisciplinary programmes in arts, management, technology, and education Academic Leadership Oversee academic governance, curriculum quality, and programme development Ensure academic standards align with Singapore PEI regulations and international partner requirements Supervise Academic Board and Examination Board processes Guide programme leaders and academic departments in maintaining educational excellence Support innovative teaching methodologies and industry-relevant curriculum development EduTrust & Regulatory Compliance Ensure full compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), EduTrust, and PEI regulatory requirements Lead institutional preparation for EduTrust audits, reviews, and quality assurance processes Maintain strong governance systems, academic policies, and operational procedures Ensure student protection policies, assessment integrity, and quality assurance standards are properly implemented Oversee risk management and institutional compliance matters Leadership & Operations Lead and supervise academic and administrative teams Foster a professional, collaborative, and student-centred institutional culture Support HR development, faculty recruitment, and staff performance management Ensure operational effectiveness across academic and corporate functions Participate in student engagement, institutional events, and strategic planning meetings Student & Community Development Promote student success, wellbeing, and holistic educational development Build a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, leadership, and innovation Represent the College in public engagements, educational conferences, and partnership discussions Requirements Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Education, Arts Management, Business Administration, Higher Education Leadership, or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience as Principal Experience working in Singapore government schools, polytechnics, universities, arts institutions, or Private Education Institutions (PEIs) is highly preferred Strong familiarity with EduTrust, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), academic governance, and PEI compliance frameworks Proven experience handling EduTrust audits, academic quality assurance, or institutional accreditation processes Experience managing academic operations, faculty teams, and institutional administration Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience building university partnerships and international collaborations is an advantage Ability to lead institutional transformation and innovation in education Strong understanding of contemporary trends in higher education, AI, arts, management, and technology integration Work Location: In person Working time : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Application Note: We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidate will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capital College Of The Arts, Management And Technology
