Job Description Location: Boston, MA 02118 Date Posted: 9/10/2024 Category: Case Management Education: Bachelor’s Degree Responsibilities Provide clients with clinical services, including case management, individual treatment, or group work Complete all documentation including assessments, Relapse Prevention Plans, and Individual Treatment Plans Oversee the intake process Determine appropriate transition and discharge plans for all residents Develop individualized behavior management plans and support staff to understand the individual youth treatment concerns Facilitate case conferences and discharge planning for all residents Assist with family engagement, permanency planning, and life‑skills development for all residents Provide on‑call support Qualifications Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in social work or human services field At least 3 years of clinical experience Prior familiarity with Massachusetts child welfare systems and/or DCF Valid driver’s license and vehicle Benefits Relationship with a large referral agency for behavioral health Compensated weekly Flexible schedule to match personal availability Professional growth opportunities Access to a broad array of client opportunities Other Information This is a temporary position with an immediate start. #J-18808-Ljbffr
