General Production Laborer

Our client, a leader in manufacturing concrete products, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Production Laborer to join their team. As a vital part of the production process, you will support the manufacturing of concrete pipes and precast concrete products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: General Production Laborer

Location: North Charleston

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: M-F 6am-4:3opm, OT as needed with the occasional Saturday work

What's the Job?

• Assist in the production of concrete pipe and precast concrete products.

• Prepare, clean, and maintain molds used in the manufacturing process.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products efficiently and safely.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained.

• Help place reinforcing steel and other materials into molds, ensuring quality standards are met.

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements diligently.

• Willingness to learn and operate various tools and equipment.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail during quality inspections.

• Ability to work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and handle materials.
