You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.ScheduleMonday–Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM No evenings or weekends!What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a hygienist who is:Detail-orientedCompassionateDriven and committed to clinical excellenceA strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environmentExperience with Dentrix and iTero scanning is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train!ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional patient care focused on education, prevention, and building strong patient relationshipsPerform periodontal assessments, prophylaxis, SRP, and other hygiene procedures according to state guidelinesTake digital radiographs and assist in maintaining accurate and detailed patient recordsUtilize practice technology (Dentrix, iTero scanner) to support patient care and treatment planningPartner closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a seamless, patient-centered experienceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized operatory and sterilization areaPromote a positive, motivating, and professional environment for patients and teammatesQualificationsActive South Carolina Dental Hygiene License (or in process for new grads)Local Anesthesia certification per state requirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to patient-centered careInterest in continuous learning and professional developmentExperience with Dentrix or iTero a plus, but not requiredAbout Gilder Creek Dental CareGilder Creek Dental Care is known for being a collaborative, goal?oriented, and nurturing practice where team members support one another and celebrate growth.
