Reliatus Behavioral Health , a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations in finding top talent, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid BCBA, LBA role with clinic location in Gilbert, Arizona.

This hybrid position requires 3 days in-clinic and 2 days of telehealth per week . The role offers strong clinical support and a $1,000 signing bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)

• Signing Bonus: $1,000

• CEUs: 1 paid CEU day (8 hours) annually

• Licensure Support: Reimbursement for licensure and credentialing

  • Clinics open 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring effective, evidence-based ABA treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a hybrid setting. This role includes direct client services, clinical oversight (both in-clinic and via telehealth), and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, interdisciplinary providers, and community partners to improve behavioral, social, and communication outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ABA program management for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

• Supervise, train, and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Ensure fidelity of treatment implementation through ongoing feedback and support

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and other service providers

• Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources

Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB

• Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervised BCBA experience

• Completion of (or willingness to complete) the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training

• Ability to administer assessments and develop treatment plans

• Must obtain and maintain:

  • Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • CPR & First Aid Certification

  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to kneel, squat, stand, sit on the floor, and maintain various postures for extended periods

• Ability to move quickly to ensure client safety

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Hybrid | 3 days in-clinic (Gilbert, AZ) & 2 days telehealth per week

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

• Relocation: Required prior to start date
