XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Bilingual Receptionist!

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Compensation: $17.00 – $18.00 hourly (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and clients in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate staff
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage calendars for recruiters
• Collect and verify candidate paperwork and applications
• Perform basic data entry and update candidate records in our system
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Support administrative tasks as needed by the team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional appearance and demeanor with clients
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment (multiple receptionists)
• Bilingual in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading)
