Area Sales Manager - OK, KS, MO
$70 - $80 per hourAccordance Search Group
Capital Equipment medical device sales for a market leader in the space.  Selling sophisticated technology into the non-acute care / office based call point, for the premium brand market leader. Field / remote job, not "on call".   OTE $230K GEOGRAPHY:  Oklahoma, Kasas, Missouri CANDIDATE LOCATION:  ideally Oklahoma CityÂ
COMPENSATION:
- $70-80KÂ base plus commissions on capital equipment sales
- $5K commission guarantee for 3 months, plus additional incentives month 4-6Â
- Year 1 average earnings $135-150 (b/c ramp up time with capital sales process)
- On Target Earnings:Â $230KÂ
- Car Allowance: $600 per month, plus gas, tolls, parkingÂ
- Minimum 2 full Years of Outside Sales ExperienceÂ
- Experience in B2B high volume / daily activityÂ
- Capital Equipment Sales a plusÂ
- Track record of sustained success, year over year (at the same company)Â
- Experience selling "consultatively, to create value". NOT selling exclusively on price or relationships.Â
- Understand of capital financing helpfulÂ
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)Â
- "Winner", Highly competitive, "hunter mentality"Â
- Growth mindset towards their developmentÂ
- Expeirence with "high daily activity" / including cold callingÂ
- High integrity, Strong Relationship Skills
- Consultative Sales ApproachÂ
- Driven to achieve sales objectives by "creating value" for customers
