The goal of a corporate recruiter is to hire top talent for our rapid growing organization. Principal duties and responsibilities include sourcing, identifying, and qualifying high quality candidates through various methods, managing a successful full cycle recruiting process, delivering on quarterly hiring goals, contributing to overall team success in meeting company-wide hiring goals, and assisting with additional responsibilities such as marketing, social media, administrative duties, and campus events.

Compensation ranges from $57,000 - $81,000 in the first year, varying based on performance. Our compensation package consists of a base salary and quarterly bonus. You are eligible for promotions and income increases year over year.

Bachelor's degree, 3.0 GPA preferred. 1-2 years of high-quality, high-volume recruiting experience is a plus. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
