Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a leading aerospace company in Chula Vista, CA.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing asset availability information, preparing quotes, and supporting lease and exchange transactions for major rotable aerospace components.
• Support airlines and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities across Aerostructures OE aircraft and engine configurations, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
• Manage customer communications via phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Aftermarket Technical Services, MRO partners, Distribution Centers, Licensing, Finance, Pricing, and other functional groups to facilitate transactions.
• Collaborate with support teams to gather, enter, update, and maintain data within Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Monitor customer requests and follow through to successful resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to asset management activities.
• Support the Asset Management Program (AMP) team in managing aerospace component lease and exchange programs.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time onsite opportunity. Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer support or customer service experience.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to solve customer issues utilizing established processes and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
• Previous aerospace industry experience.
• Experience supporting leasing, exchanges, supply chain, or aftermarket operations.
• Ability to create and maintain Power BI reports.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of airline, MRO, or Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support operations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Chula Vista, CA (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
