We are currently recruiting Hematologist/Oncologist to join a leading multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growth-driven team due to increasing patient volumes, market demand, and the retirement of current physicians. You'll have the chance to work in a collegial environment alongside 2 HEM/ONCs and 3 APPs. Our client is the largest private medical-surgical multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. Established in 1965, the practice is committed to providing individualized, comprehensive, and patient-focused care. This practice widely known for their Hem/Onc services, and many travel from all over North Carolina to receive care at their Cancer Center.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Well-established Cancer Center\n

  • ?Hem/Onc department includes 12 chemotherapy bays as well as its own lab.
  \n
\n
• Mostly outpatient \n
  \n
  • light inpatient census, mostly consultative; admissions and care handled by hospitalists
  \n
\n
• Guaranteed base salary in Year 1 and 2\n
  \n
  • Take home 100% of profits as shareholder thereafter
  \n
  • Shareholder Physicians earn between $500K-$800K
  \n
\n
• Comfortable patient volumes and strong staff support
\n
• 18+ Patients Only, No Pediatrics
\n
• Extensive Referral Network - Great relationships with breast surgeons and general surgeons in community
\n
• Practice Paid Insurance Premiums
\n
• 401k, Profit Sharing Plan, and HSA available

Qualifications

• Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina and must be board-eligible or certified in Hematology/Oncology

• Medical degree required
