Damar is currently seeking a Residential Manager to join our team. Ensures that these communications are recorded in a timely mannerRemains up to date on treatment best practices to ensure to proactively meet client demandsWorks with staff and facilitates training of staff, ensuring all staff complete training as required and on time per program specificationsProvides support to the Lead Staff in managing staff schedules according to staffing budget. Ensures assigned unit(s) are staffed in alignment with regulatory requirements, including working the unit as requiredWhat you need to be considered:One year of people management experience preferredMust be able to verify one of the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree combined with one year of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID populationAssociate degree or 48 completed credit hours combined with two years of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID populationHigh School Diploma or GED combined with four years of full-time experience working with behavioral challenges and/or individuals identifying with the DD/ID populationMinimum age of 21 per licensure requirementsValid Indiana driver's license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar's insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictionsSuccessfully complete a pre-employment physicalFavorably meet and maintain Damar's background screening
