• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest level of patient care

• Develop, implement, and evaluate unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed to ensure positive patient outcomes

• Provide mentorship and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and unit operations
