Job Opportunity: Spine-Focused Neurosurgeon

We are looking for a dedicated Neurosurgeon with a specialization in spine care to join our dynamic team at a high-volume medical center located in Richland, Washington. This position presents a unique chance to deliver advanced spine treatments while collaborating with seasoned surgeons and benefiting from a strong clinical framework and cutting-edge technology.

Position Overview
  • Full-time position focused primarily on spine cases (approximately 90% of cases)
  • Participate in a 1:4 call rotation (around 7 days per month)
  • Engage in complex spine surgeries within a high-volume environment
  • Receive assistance from RNFAs (Registered Nurse First Assistants) and a robust Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) structure
  • Utilize a multidisciplinary care model that incorporates interventional and medication-based pain management
  • Access to state-of-the-art technology, including Stealth navigation and Globus robotic systems
  • Benefit from 24/7 in-house support from trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist teams
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual compensation ranging from $815,160 to $1,083,616
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
  • Options for loan repayment
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable
  • CME benefits may also be available for providers
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Preferred experience in the field
  • Completion of a spine fellowship is mandatory
