• Lead the rental department by managing daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts within the construction, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including data entry, maintenance schedules, and stock replenishment to optimize equipment availability.
• Manage administrative tasks such as sales documentation, phone etiquette communication, and front desk responsibilities with professionalism.
• Negotiate rental agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate rental deliveries, pickups, transfers, and logistics with internal transportation staff and outside vendors.

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational skills with familiarity in inventory management systems and data entry software like Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in both bilingual or multilingual settings; capable of engaging diverse audiences through public speaking or customer service interactions.
• Demonstrated ability in sales management, negotiation, and customer relationship building within a construction or equipment rental context.
• Prior administrative experience including phone etiquette, retail math proficiency, and front desk operations preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for construction equipment is a plus.
