Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **How you'll make an impact in this role** + **Lead the birth and recovery experience** by implementing personalized care plans that prioritize the safety, comfort, and clinical stability of both the parent and the newborn. + **Advocate for the family unit** by serving as the central coordinator between obstetricians, pediatricians, and specialists to ensure a seamless and supportive care journey. + **Deliver expert clinical interventions** by executing physician orders with precision, ensuring every stage, labor through postpartum, is managed with the highest safety standards. + **Empower new families for the transition home** by assessing discharge needs early and providing the education and resources necessary for a confident start at home. **What minimum requirements you'll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following are preferred: + Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program. + Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
