Candidates are required to have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. We are seeking candidates who are interested in becoming patent agents and available to work full-time beginning in June of 2027 when our program begins. From day one, patent agents are introduced to cutting-edge technology and begin the development of their legal skills. More specifically, patent agents are tasked with working side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.Our firm culture encourages you to define and pursue your definition of success while providing support and mentorship during the process.
