Server Assistant

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting servers in delivering exceptional guest service by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role ensures timely table resets, assists with food and beverage service, and supports overall restaurant operations in accordance with PUBLICs standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Be an ambassador for PUBLIC by meeting and exceeding PUBLIC core objectives and values. Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional, and efficient service. Assist servers with food and beverage delivery to ensure timely and accurate service. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently according to service standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment of all times. Refill water, beverages, and bread service as needed. Assist in maintaining adequate stock of linens, silverware, glassware, and service supplies. Polish glassware, flatware, and other service items to ensure presentation standards. Ensure service stations are fully stocked and organized throughout service. Maintain compliance with all health, safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with team members and provide lateral service to support overall operations. Follow directions from supervisors and maintain positive working relationships. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
