We are seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, and industrial property-loss restoration projects throughout the Stockton area.In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and project teams while managing project schedules, budgets, estimating, quality, and overall project execution. You'll work closely with clients, insurance professionals, subcontractors, and field teams while managing projects with significant scope and complexity.Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annuallyManage restoration projects from initial estimate through construction and final closeoutCreate detailed residential and commercial estimates using Xactimate, including floor plans and multi-level sketchesDevelop accurate scopes of work with minimal revisionsManage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and financial performanceServe as the primary point of contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, consultants, and project teamsCoordinate emergency response services for water, fire, vandalism, board-ups, and other property lossesLead subcontractors and internal field teams to ensure project requirements are metIdentify site hazards including asbestos, lead, and mold and coordinate proper remediation practicesLead project meetings and maintain accurate project documentationMonitor job site safety and ensure compliance with safety proceduresManage quality control, punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout activitiesSupport project profitability while delivering a positive customer experienceThe ideal candidate is experienced in restoration, reconstruction, construction, or estimating and is comfortable balancing client relationships, project management, estimating, safety compliance, and operational execution.Strong proficiency with XactimateExperience using Sketch and Microsoft OfficeExperience in restoration, reconstruction, construction, or estimatingStrong understanding of construction practices and applicable building codesExperience developing detailed construction and restoration scopes of work and estimatesExperience with residential estimating on projects or losses up to $3 millionExperience with commercial estimating on projects or losses up to $15 millionKnowledge of investigative and controlled demolition, decontamination, and structure cleaningStrong understanding of construction safety procedures and SDS complianceAbility to effectively manage clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teamsAbility to travel to project sites and client locations5+ years of construction, restoration, or estimating experienceExperience managing insurance-related restoration projectsExperience working directly with insurance adjustersExperience managing residential, commercial, or industrial property-loss projectsTravel to project sites and client locations as requiredOn-site position based in Stockton, CACombination of office, client-facing, and field-based project management responsibilitiesInteraction with active construction and restoration project sitesReady to take ownership of complex restoration projects and make a direct impact on project success?
