What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals. Coordinate workflow and staffing to meet production schedules efficiently. Adjust labor, materials, and production priorities to maintain operational performance. Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA and company compliance standards. Complete shift reporting, production tracking, and performance documentation. Lead root-cause analysis efforts to resolve recurring manufacturing issues. Champion 5S initiatives and maintain organized, efficient work areas. Support maintenance coordination and continuous improvement projects. Participate in hiring, evaluations, employee development, and performance management. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience with leadership responsibility. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal required). Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards. Experience leading teams in fast-paced production environments. Proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis and implement process improvements. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing production demands.
