Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS
CPI Certification/ Will accept Calm Every Storm Certification
1-year of current Behavioral Health experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Strong Behavioral Health Inpatient experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
BH admissions/discharges
Lead RN resources classes provided.
Floating to other Inpatient adult BH Units
Best personality Fit:
Flexibility and willingness to handle patient acuity
Team-player and compassion is a must
Great learning opportunity to care for patients with varied mental health issues
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Varied slightly between Units and Client ONE Wellness and Mental Health Center is a family environment, everyone works together and cares for each other
