HotelPro , a hospitality staffing company, is looking for a dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our Operations team.

This role serves as a liaison between HotelPro , our Team Members, and our clients. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for client service, Team Member care, recruiting, hiring, and operational excellence within the market.

As an Operations Supervisor You Will...

• Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve client requests, complaints, and recommendations in a timely manner while ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.
• Support client communications, hotel initiatives, activities, implementation meetings, and new client launches.
• Fill open positions timely and support last-minute staffing requests whenever possible.
• Implement the “Always Be Recruiting” mindset to maintain a strong Team Member pipeline.
• Collaborate with recruiting efforts and ensure recruiting tracking systems are updated accurately and continuously.
• Build recruiting networks through community outreach and approved social media platforms.
• Ensure qualified candidates align with HotelPro culture and role requirements.
• Partner with Strategic Operations regarding difficult-to-fill positions, recruiting challenges, and recruiting strategy.
• Order recruiting materials as needed.
• Complete the onboarding process, including interviewing, hiring, and HotelPro safety orientation.
• Complete new hire workflows accurately and timely with a Right the First Time mindset.
• Update Avionté statuses, assignments, and Team Member information accurately and timely.
• Uphold HotelPro integrity and compliance standards including I-9, drug testing, and background check requirements.
• Submit and update Open Orders accurately and timely.
• Complete Market Pulse Reports and Weekly Reports, including client updates, Team Member updates, competitor insights, onsite activities, and achievements.
• Identify growth opportunities by monitoring average hours, exploring additional hotel departments, tracking competitors, and sharing market insights.
• Share client updates, contact changes, relocations, and preferences with Market Leadership.
• Submit payroll accurately and timely with a goal of 100% accuracy.
• Manage inventories including HR supplies, office supplies, and uniforms while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
• Respond to and resolve corporate requests within 24 hours.
• Promote HotelPro culture and core values.
• Participate in HotelPro initiatives, projects, and pilot programs.
• Meet safety visit and safety meeting goals of 50% of Team Members monthly by client and 100% of new hires during their first week.
• Immediately respond to workplace injuries and follow HotelPro workers’ compensation procedures.
• Complete one safety meeting per client each month and communicate details appropriately.
• Engage with Team Members during property visits to build trust and strengthen relationships.
• Resolve Team Member requests, concerns, and questions within 24 hours.
• Accompany new hires on their first day, check in after their first shift, and engage with them during their first week on assignment.
• Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance, milestones, holidays, and special events.
• Identify and discuss growth opportunities with Team Members.
• Provide translation support to Team Members and hotel leadership when necessary.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and support while escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing Team Members.
• Report Team Member relations matters to HotelPro leadership immediately.

As an Operations Supervisor You Bring...

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• One year or more of supervisory or similar leadership experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Previous experience working independently.
• Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
• Ability to provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance upon hire.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
