YOUR ROLE AS A DIESEL TECHNICIAN

As our Diesel Technician for our compact construction equipment, you will maintain, diagnose and repair Exmark mowers and all types of Bobcat equipment. Most often, the machines are brought to you in the shop, so, if you prefer to be a shop tech, this is perfect for you. Punching on and off work orders as you move throughout your day and entering a detailed story into the computer of what you did to the machine is a daily task. Our customers are losing money when their machines are down, so they appreciate a good mechanic who can solve their machine trouble accurately and timely. To thrive as a Diesel Technician at Rexco Equipment, Inc in Davenport, you'll need a high school diploma or GED, along with three to five years of related experience and basic computer skills. Mastery of key performance metrics like Technician Efficiency Rate, Recovery Rate, and Rework will be essential for success in this role.
