Entry Level Field Nurse Case ManagerNCA is in search of an Entry Level Field Nurse Case Manager based in Austin, TX, Colorado, Michigan, or San Antonio, TX who will be responsible for case management services responsive to special needs and elder client care and quality of life challenges. This position requires collaboration with the primary family caregivers, attorneys, financial planners, and trustees that are also serving the client. Training will be provided on case management best practices with the goal of attaining a Certified Case Manager credential.This is a salaried position with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a flexible work from home schedule.RequirementsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) requiredMinimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience requiredExcellent communication skills – written and verbalHighly motivated self-starter comfortable working in a virtual company/office, with solid time management and organization skillsWillingness to learn case management best practices and sit for the Certified Case Manager (CCM) examProven ability to collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals and work through conflictsAbility to research and develop solutions to challenges presented by the clientExcellent customer service skillsOvernight travel required regionally 1-2 times per month and occasional nationwide travelWillingness to meet timely documentation requirements
