Quality Assurance SpecialistThe Quality Assurance Specialist will inspect and test physical products for quality assurance. This role will complete high-quality analytical data to release products in support of the business objectives and goals. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work to maintain excellent quality products and provide timely communications within our quality team.Essential FunctionsAnalyze samples according to the sample planUsing tools, evaluate validity of data, apply basic statistics, compare to spec limits, and take appropriate actionDocument, communicate, and archive resultsMonitor analytical systems, identify problems, and perform troubleshootingFollow appropriate retest / resample procedures as outlined by the businessCommunicate role-related information between Supply Chain Operations and Quality ManagerUtilize electronic tools (e.g. Digital Calipers, Durometer Gauge, MTS Testing Equipment, Etc.)Follow applicable supporting work processes (e.g. Quality Management Process, Inspection Process, etc.)Assure compliance to all ISO and IATF quality system requirementsOther duties as assignedRequirements (Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's or Associate Degree preferred3+ years of related experienceProficient with use of computers and MS officeExceptional customer service and problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines accordinglyTeam player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentAcute attention to detail with high level of organization and accuracyBenefits:Medical, Dental, 401K, Life, Supplemental, PTO
