Provide General Anesthesia Services
Provide Bread-and-Butter Anesthesia Coverage
Provide Anesthesia for OB Cases
Provide Anesthesia for Orthopedic Cases
Provide Anesthesia for Podiatry Cases
Provide Anesthesia for Urology Cases
Provide Anesthesia for General Surgery Cases
Provide Anesthesia for Endoscopy as Needed
No Cardiac Cases
No Neurosurgery Cases

Clinical Environment / Support
Typically 2-3 CRNAs Working Daily
CRNAs Typically Cover Approximately 4 Rooms
Provider Will Not Work Solo
Provider Will Be Credentialed at Multiple Locations
Primary Coverage Location: Galesburg, Illinois
Must Be Willing to Provide Coverage at Additional Affiliated Locations as Needed

Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
Active Illinois License - Required at Time of Application
Candidates Requiring Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
Minimum of 1 Year of Experience - Required
DEA Registration - Required
Illinois CSR License - Required
ACLS - Required
BLS - Required
CPR - Required
PALS - Required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
