Become a part of our caring communityThe Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist registered Pharmacist who is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist oversees daily mail-order pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate, safe, and compliant dispensing and distribution of medications. This role leads pharmacy associates, supports quality standards, and drives operational excellence.As a Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist you will:Oversee daily mail-order pharmacy workflow and operations.Ensure prescription accuracy, quality assurance, and medication tracking standards are met.Verify medication orders for safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.Supervise, coach, and support pharmacy associates.Resolve escalated operational and dispensing issues.Monitor productivity, quality, and service performance.Identify and implement process improvements.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and policies.Maintain required documentation and support audit readiness.Hold associates accountable for quality, compliance, and performance expectations.Use your skills to make an impact Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a PharmDLicensed as a PHARMACIST in ArizonaAbility to participate in Federal prescription programsMinimum of one year Supervisory experience or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsProven organization and effective time management skillsExcellent leadership and coaching skillsProficient with computersMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience in a high volume mail order and/or retail settingAdditional InformationHours of operations Monday- Friday 4:30am to 5pmNormally 10 hours shifts, 4 days a week.This is an Onsite Position: located at Riverside Distribution Facility 4302 W. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,300 - $173,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
