Global Employment Counsel & HR Compliance Leader

Biogen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to act as a trusted senior advisor to Biogen's Global Human Resources organization. You will counsel on a broad range of employment, people relations, compliance, and workforce management matters for 8,000+ employees globally. You will shape employment practices, manage investigations and disputes, and guide governance across global markets, partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to mitigate risk while enabling growth in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Biogen, Inc.
