Maintenance Supervisor

Piper Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support overnight manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical production environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance personnel, coordinate equipment reliability efforts, and ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities on a 2-2-3 schedule. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous shift leadership or supervisory experience and a strong maintenance background. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor Lead and supervise maintenance technicians during assigned shifts. Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to support production goals. Troubleshoot and assist with complex equipment issues when necessary. Monitor work execution to ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and operational requirements. Provide coaching, training, and performance guidance to maintenance team members. Partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Ensure maintenance documentation and work orders are completed accurately and on time. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, safety, and productivity. Qualifications of the Maintenance Supervisor Previous maintenance leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience. Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred. Strong background in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability. Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of GMP-regulated operations is highly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a night shift 2-2-3 schedule. Compensation for the Maintenance Supervisor includes Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
