Accounts Receivable (approximately 30% of role) Apply incoming cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past‑due balances Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes Support credit memo processing and customer account maintenance Accounting Analyst (approximately 70% of role) Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations Support month‑end and year‑end close processes Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain accurate general ledger records and supporting documentation Support internal controls, audit requests, and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, including comfort following up with customers Manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or business‑to‑business industry experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required Build a Career with L&M At L&M Corrugated Container, our accounting team plays a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly.
