You will play a pivotal role in the design and manufacturability of Intel's cutting-edge products, ensuring they meet both internal and industry standards. Join us to shape the future of analog integrated circuit development and help propel Intel's mission of creating world-changing technology.Key Responsibilities:Drive and develop testability and manufacturability of analog and/or RF productsDesign test boards with suppliers to test RF productsCollaborate with customers to develop optimize production testingDevelop and debug software programs to drive advanced test equipment such as BERTS, scopes, and automatic test equipment (ATE).Perform ATE-to-DV correlation, debug functionality and performance issuesEvaluate new analog IP designs on ATE and work with design and product development teams to identify and resolve functionality and performance issues.Perform ATE and bench device characterizationRelease production test solutions that ensure product quality, yield optimization, and post-release issue resolution.Test and characterize analog circuits for power and thermals, including thermal profiling and recipe tuning for production thermal control.Provide calibration for power delivery enabling power and performance binning..#cjQualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
