Leading global tax strategy and planning, the full-time remote International Tax Director will manage international tax audits, transfer pricing, and compliance while partnering with senior finance leaders to support business initiatives and global expansion. Key responsibilities Lead international tax strategy, including cross-border structuring and legal entity optimization Oversee international tax audits and manage transfer pricing examinations and compliance Advise on US international tax calculations and monitor tax legislation impacting global operations Required qualifications 15+ years of relevant international tax experience, including audits and transfer pricing JD, Masters, or CPA Experience with US international tax regulations and OECD BEPS initiatives Proven track record in managing tax audits and controversies Experience in structuring cross-border M&A and global expansion planning
