Compensation * Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr * Commission: * $15 per customer you bring into the dealership * $20 per customer that buys * After 90 days: $25 per Show and $25 per Sold * Earnings typically align with the national BDC average of $38,000–$55,000+ annually, depending on performance.
