Medical Collections Specialist
Torrance Memorial Medical Center
Torrance Memorial Medical Center is seeking a Patient Account Representative under direct supervision to perform tasks related to the collection of outstanding patient account balances while maintaining excellent customer relations. You will review work queues, prioritize follow-ups, and handle inquiries from patients and insurers to resolve charges and discrepancies.
