SVOE is seeking a Copier Service Associate to support copier and manage print services for our clients.

Job Summary

The Service Coordinator runs scheduling, dispatch, and customer schedule communications for the Company's service division. This role owns the service schedule: routing incoming service calls to the right team, scheduling in advance, dispatching technicians, handling emergency dispatches and last-minute changes, keeping customers in the loop. Make sure manpower is allocated where it is needed most. The Service Coordinator also coordinates with service team members, manager of special logistics and equipment for service projects and makes sure every technician has building access arranged before they arrive on site.

Service Call Intake, Dispatch, and Customer Communication

• Manage incoming service calls and route them to the right team based on the type of work, urgency, and customer.
• Manage technician dispatch and make sure every dispatch goes out with complete job information.
• Communicate directly with customers to set up service and schedules, confirm visits, and keep customers in the loop at all times.
• Handle last minute changes in technicians and schedules and coordinate last minute details between technicians and customers so the right technicians are in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong scheduling and resource planning skills across many jobs and people at once.
• Calm, decisive, and organized when priorities shift quickly.
• Clear communication with technicians, account managers, and customers, including by phone and email when schedules change.
• . Understanding of field service work and what crews need to execute a job.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for copier/printer service requests by phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and identify copier, printer, and MFP issues and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Coordinate technician schedules, service calls, follow-ups, and customer updates.
• Document service requests, equipment issues, troubleshooting, parts, and resolutions.
• Monitor toner, parts, supplies.
• Communicate professionally with customers and field technicians.
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed.
