• Base Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
• Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Qualifications

• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
• Desired Traits: Experience with center-based, early intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
