CNC Mill Set up Operator We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Set up Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in setting up and operating CNC machinery. This role involves precision machining, fabricating parts, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Responsibilities Set up / Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance, including tool changes and calibration. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances. Assemble and fabricate parts as needed, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Mill Set up Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with machining processes, including welding and fabrication techniques. Proficiency in using basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience with precision measuring instruments is essential.
