Pay Rate: $33 - $38 Per hour

Schedule Options:
7am to 3pm Part time, Per Diem, and Weekends

3pm to 11pm Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem, and Weekends

11pm to 7am - Per Diem

Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Belle Care, you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.

• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.

• Assist physicians during rounds and exams.

• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.

• Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in New Jersey.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.

• Provide negative TB test upon hire.

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
